01 / PROCESSING & DISPATCH TIMELINES

Handling times reflect the precise care required for fine art preservation:

  • Standard Catalog EXHIBITS: Processed and handed over for white-glove transport within 2 to 5 business days following payment validation.
  • Bespoke & Architectural Commissions: Due to the artisanal process—including material curing, finishing, and structural stabilization—production timelines are established during consultation. Upon final approval, dispatch occurs within 48 business hours.

02 / TRANSIT PARTNERS & REAL-TIME TRACKING

  • Logistics Specialists: Artworks are dispatched via specialized, high-security couriers and international logistics networks.
  • Dispatch Notification: As soon as an acquisition exits our studio, you will receive a private email dispatch containing a tracking key to monitor transport status in real time.

03 / LOGISTICS FEES

  • Shipping and specialized handling fees are excluded from the artwork’s base valuation.
  • Transit costs are calculated at checkout (or detailed within bespoke quotes) based on volumetric dimensions, total weight, protective casing specifications, and destination.

04 / HIGH-SECURITY CASING

To protect pure glass, velvety gypsum, and raw textures, every work is secured using industrial-grade protective barriers—including high-density shock absorbers, edge guard casing, reinforced double-wall packaging, or custom-built wooden crates for large-scale pieces.

05 / DESTINATIONS & CUSTOMS DIRECTIVES

  • Global Coverage: Naqaa Art fulfills acquisitions worldwide.
  • European Union (EU): Shipments within the EU are exempt from additional customs duties or import tariffs.
  • International Dispatches (Non-EU): For orders shipped outside the European Union, the collector remains solely responsible for any import duties, customs clearance fees, or local statutory taxes imposed by the destination country.

06 / FAILED DELIVERY PROTOCOLS

  • Unclaimed Shipments: If a delivery attempt fails due to recipient absence, the courier will schedule a re-delivery or direct the parcel to a secure holding point. Failure to claim the parcel within the courier’s designated timeframe will result in its return to the studio.
  • Reshipping Fees: If a package returns to Naqaa Art due to collector error (e.g., incomplete address details or uncollected holding periods), all subsequent logistics and reshipping costs must be fully covered by the collector.

07 / TRANSIT ANOMALY PROTOCOL

Collectors must inspect the exterior casing immediately upon courier handover:

  • Visible Casing Damage: If structural damage to the outer box or crate is present, sign the delivery receipt with a formal reservation: "Subject to inspection due to packaging damage."
  • Internal Artwork Damage: Any damage to the piece must be reported to naqaaart@protonmail.com within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by detailed photographs of both the casing and the damaged artwork, to activate transit insurance.
